The Indian Man's Fetish for Beautiful Legs

I have been wondering what is the relation of legs and Indian girls and why the Indian man has a fetish to love and see legs of Indian girls. There is no denying the fact that even in a large and cosmopolitan city like Mumbai, men crave to see the legs of a girl. No wonder if one espies a girl in a skirt or shorts, an Indian man will not only ogle but dream of paying homage to the bare legs. I wonder why ?

Well the fact is that it has a lot to do with Indian culture, where down the ages the facial beauty was presented with little stress on human anatomy. Thus we find thousands of Roman and Greek sculptors with nude women, but no Indian. The second important point is the purdah introduced by the Muslims in India. This effectively secluded Indian women and created a mystery about them. Thus for centuries Indian men never saw the legs of a woman. as the women were in purdah.

After independence women have  ventured out, but the Indian dress the sari and the salwar Kameez, do not lend to display of legs. The legs are again covered and the Indian fascination grows as seeing legs is almost like eating the forbidden fruit.

Now people have realized that legs are a part of the beauty of a woman and that's the reason the swim wear pose is part of all beauty contests in the world and also in India. Indian men have thus a fetish for legs of girls and most men will die to see them, but times are changing and more and more girls are wearing shorts and skirts, but the fetish will not go away. Come to think of it, it's not something bad really?.
