Captured Indian Air Force Gnat Fighter Bomber in Pakistan Air Force Museum at Karachi

This plane was flown by Flight Lieutenant Sikand, who landed it intact at a Pakistan airfield after being pursued by PAF, fighters( F 104). Sikands act is unheard off in war or aviation history, but he was not punished for this grave act of cowardice. It is an act that does no credit to the Indian psyche.
Sikand was initially dismissed on orders of the Air Chief, but reinstated and later became a Air Vice Marshal. No wonder Indian are not world conquerors.
