Two Aquatic Foods to Rejuvenate Your Sex Life
Scientific evidence may not be readily forthcoming but there is no harm in trying out the age old recipes. In such a situation you will be a winner anyway as the food will have a wholesome effect on your body and your health will improve and that will be reflected in a better sex life.I will particularly like to mention two foods that are supposed to have an aphrodisiacal effect. Unfortunately the Indian manuals do not talk about these foods as in India they were not readily available. I am talking of Oysters and Salmon.
Food and sex have been linked for centuries. Some foods are thought to be aphrodisiacal and can help rejuvenate sex life. But I will say that that the folklore in this field is more than scientific reasoning. But there is some link between food and passionate love making. Though scientific evidence may not be readily forthcoming there is no harm in trying out the age old recipes. In such a situation you will be a winner anyway as the food will have a wholesome effect on your body and your health will improve and that will be reflected in a better sex life.
I will particularly like to mention two foods that are supposed to have an aphrodisiacal effect. Unfortunately the Indian manuals do not talk about these foods as in India they were not readily available. I am talking of Oysters and Salmon.
Oysters have been associated with potency for a long time. They contain dopamine, a compound that is supposed to exacerbate sexual desire and resultant pleasure. These are basically of aquatic origin and are known to have plenty of zinc. This is accepted by scientific study. Zinc is a mineral that helps in the production of testosterone. This is a hormone that is vital for sexual desire and is necessary for both men and women.
The second aquatic food I would like to mention is eating salmon. Salmon is again not mentioned in ancient Indian sex manuals. But it contains plenty of omega-3 fats, and that is scientifically proved. Salmon also supplies large amounts of vitamin D. Researchers at the University of Toronto have found that vitamin D appears to work in the brain like an antidepressant medications. It raises the level of serotonin, which is a neurotransmitter and that makes a man’s mood better and he feels more relaxed. Conversely it helps sex as it puts the man in a good mood for sex. But everything has a double edged sword. Oysters are wonderful but some raw oysters contain a bacterium called Vibrio vulnificus. This could lead to food poisoning, so you will have to be careful. Another point to bear is in case you are suffering from diabetes, liver disease or AIDS. Eating the wrong type of oysters can be fatal. But generally for healthy adults oysters are good.
These two aquatic foods are one among many and one will have to try what suits and helps a man.
