The Indian Air Chief was Corrupt: its Sad Tale

Air Chief Marshal SP Tyagi is in the news for accepting kickbacks in the recent chopper deal. The allegations are not yet proved in a court of law, but the ex Air Chief has sallied the hallowed uniform worn by a soldier. There is no excuse for this. I remember when I was member of DASI, we had inspected Air force station Adampur in 1993. The AOC at that time was SP Tyagi as an Air Commodore. He struck me as a shift individual at that time itself. All I can hope is that Tyagi is exposed for the good of the thousands who serve honestly.
