There is no way now that Tibet can be taken out of the grip of China. Pundit Nehru missed the great chance in world history in 1949-50 when he allowed China to conquer Tibet and he kept sitting like a dud. China has gone one step ahead and even occupied 30,000 mi.² claimed by India. China is militarily very strong and as such it will never leave Tibet. In the next 50 years, there will be no Tibetan culture. Thanks for all this must go to the Indian political leadership led by Nehru. Even premier Modi is at a loss as to how to get in with China. Remember he met president Xi19 times in the last five years and the result of all that was a big zero.
Why did Nehru behave like this? this question is very difficult to answer and I wonder if the answer lies in the psyche of the Hindu. There was a lack of aggression and conquest and the last 1000 years and it up being second-class citizens in their own land. This could be one of the reasons that changed the Hindu psyche from an extrovert to an introvert. Nehru and now woody Modi are children's office psyche and with the results lack strategic comprehension and now we can see the results.
